Check-in & Tour – Submit facility use form for approval (follow up on projector use)
Confirm tour leaders (SCA is being asked)
Purchase decorations for check-in room (Laura is doing price checks)
Collate reunion packets (include tickets, picnic directions, game goodies)
Make name badges

Contact Band Boosters for concessions deals (Kylene will contact)
Purchase decorations for stands
Make signs for stands
Family Picnic – Purchase decorations/games for picnic site

Solicit requests for music (we need speakers and a playlist)
