First Planning Meeting of 2009!

Hey Class of '99-ers!

It's officially our reunion year- can you believe it?!? In just a few short months we will be gathering to catch up on the latest and greatest of our lives as we meet up with old friends and make some new ones too! But, that can only happen if we continue our work in planning this shin-dig.

We started off strong last year, but participation had dropped off, with no one attending the last two meetings. So, hopefully, now that the new year has begun, we are all re-energized to get this party planned!

We've found many more alum since we first started planning and would love everyone to participate as much as they like- if you can't make it to a meeting, but still want some input, let me (Morgan) know- I'll happily bring your voice to the table! :)

To make our meetings a little more accessible, we will be holding our first meeting of the year on Saturday, January 31st at 10:30am at the Virginia Beach Central Library.

The library's meeting rooms are booked through June, so instead, we'll be meeting off to the side and just keep our voices somewhat low. I'll be arriving at 10am (right when it opens) and pulling together some tables in the far right corner of the library (under the "Newspapers-Magazines" sign). Feel free to arrive anytime between 10-1030am and we'll get started right at 1030 and get a game plan going for the reunion.

I hope to see you there!

Happy 2009!

-Morgan Morrison
