Reunion Planning Meeting! June 28th!

Hi Everyone!

Hope you all are doing great! Our next reunion planning meeting is fast approaching! Laura Hart will be hosting us this Saturday, June 28, at 11am. Directions to her place will be sent to those who RSVP. If you are planning to attend, please RSVP to OLHS99@gmail.com by Friday, so that we can be expecting you and won't start the meeting until you arrive. Thanks!

To prepare for this meeting, I suggest reviewing the minutes from our last meeting as a refresher and below are the proposed topics for this meeting. If you have additional items or suggested changes, please let us know (again, by Friday) so that Morgan can have the agenda all ready for us on Saturday.

Topics for Saturday's Meeting: Overall check-in with progress on reunion events

• Is the weekend of September 18-20 still looking good?
  
• Friday night- Laura & Amanda (how is it looking for the proposed school walk-through, football game attendance, and post-game meet-up at a local restaurant?)
• Saturday night- Cristie & Sara (what locations are we looking at? potential costs? narrowed down choices for music? food? bar?)
• Sunday afternoon- Kylene & Morgan (updates on the potluck picnic- locations? potential costs?)
• Budgeting- based on the proposed costs for the weekend, what size budget are we looking at?
• Fundraising- Amber (narrowed down choices for the top fundraising efforts we should get started on?)
• Program- Maria (is a program still looking like an idea for us to raise money and distribute at the event? costs?)
  
• Bank Account- Morgan (where will we be opening a bank account for the reunion?)
• Alumni Contact- where are we with locating classmates? items for our summer e-newsletter?
• Any other new topics?

So, as you can see, we have a lot to talk about, but hopefully we'll be as productive and efficient as we were at the first meeting and can get done within about 2 hours.
